****No return or refund: discount items, vintage, pre worn, secondhand, made to order items, jewelry, hair accessories, underwear, swimsuits, products used in mouth, ear, nose etc. and other products cannot be canceled, exchanged or return. We do not accept items that are custom made or personalized.

All these products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Only NEW products in original EXACT state as received can be refunded if returned according to the above conditions. Products where clearly described as NEW in the productdescription. So item(s) that are new unopened in new original packaging as when received from the courier at the door. Undamaged, not dirty, they have not been washed, because then you have worn them. Unchanged, defective merchandise or unworn. Plastic, paper that is not removed from the product. The labels or price tags have not been removed by post, removed when opening the package and viewing the products. And be returned with all original tags to be in a reusable condition.

Can I exchange my item (s)
All sales are final! (excluding new products)
If you want to exchange new products, they must meet the return conditions.
Send us an email first. Follow the instructions and once we have received (and examined) the product to be exchanged, we will send you the new one you specified.
Warning! You can exchange once per product (exchange based on availability, applies to getting a different size or color of the same item or a different product) Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. We require you to use a shipping service with tracking so you can check the progress of the shipment. We are not responsible for mistakes made in sending the goods or damage by the shipping company.

– How many days can I return my NEW product?
We absolutely love every single one of the items we have offer and we hope you feel the same!
We have a full 14-day exchange and return policy for items written as NEW in the product description counted from the day you receive your order.
We recommend booking the service within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure it arrives safely back in our hands before the 14 day return window expires.
– Will I also get my shipping costs back?
I understand it is not a full refund without shipping costs, but I do really want people to be happy with their purchases.
The customer is responsible for the full costs of the return, including shipping and packaging.
But if your returned package meets the requirements (new, unopened, unworn, etc.). And If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. So shipping costs are non-refundable but you get the majority of your money back of the product (s).
We recommend that you use a tracking shipping service so you can check the progress of the shipment.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
We are not responsible for mistakes made in sending the goods or damage caused by the shipping company. Returned items must be complete, undamaged and unused, complete with label, label and original packaging.
So please make sure you verified the information before sending the items back to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Restituties
Once your return has been received of the unopened unused new products and has been inspected and complies with our return policy, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a refund will be made through the original payment method.
Please note that returned items will be refunded excluding the original shipping costs and may take up to 14 business days to be processed.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank first.
It may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.
GIFT
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.
Once the returned item has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later,
we will send a refund to the donor and they will receive information about your return.
